Expect ongoing training, community engagement, and opportunities to expand your customer base through outbound outreach. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with individual commissions up to $18,000 annually and potential total earnings of $65,000–$75,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; schedule notified 4 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and upsell in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly reach out to current customers with outbound calls/texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to grow loyalty.
