Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customer needs by asking questions and making connections.
• Position product insights and create top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop skills through training and store operations.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
