Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in Oregon. You’ll grow your career through training, develop relationships with customers, and provide top-notch service while promoting Verizon products and services.

You’ll learn to assess customer needs, present solutions, and close sales with strong communication. The role offers performance-based commissions and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• One or more years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts and seasonal peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with excellent communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with current Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts to grow the base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to expand the loyal customer base.
