T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, explain technology solutions, and guide shoppers through their service needs.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and contribute to a positive shopping experience, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist as you progress to higher roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
