Job summary

CorTech International is seeking a Customer Service Representative with e-commerce and technical experience for a top exercise equipment warehouse. You will handle inquiries, provide technical support, and manage e-commerce orders in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with OT available. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, DOE. Microsoft Suite and Outlook proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or technical environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
