Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries, orders, or issues.
• Process quotes, orders, and information requests from website, emails, and phone.
• Provide customers with product details, ship schedule, and tracking information.
• Assist after shipment with returns, damage, or technical information.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude with every interaction.
• Ensure turnaround times to customers are met and outputs are accurate.
• Grow mechanical aptitude to master technical aspects of products.
