Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in San Jose to deliver welcoming, attentive service, greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, and use digital tools to meet needs.

You will open new accounts, perform daily banking tasks, help clients with the Chase Mobile app and ATMs, and build trusted relationships through listening and recommending suitable banking solutions with your team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations tasks and cash devices while following bank procedures.
