Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, manage lobby traffic, open accounts, and guide customers through ChaseMobile and online tools to meet their financial needs.

The role emphasizes listening, empathy, and collaborative teamwork to help clients achieve their goals while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service or similar roles.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to policies and procedures.
