Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations including cash handling and ATM/locker duties in line with bank procedures.
