Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiter and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Source qualified candidates via multiple channels.
• Screen candidates using job criteria and report results.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Assist with offers and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain recruiting records in the ATS.
• Support analytics, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA and privacy standards.
