Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the organization. The role emphasizes sourcing, screens, interview coordination, and offer support, with a focus on leveraging AI tools thoughtfully and ensuring candidate privacy.

You will work closely with the Recruiter and HR leadership in a growing healthcare environment. The position requires at least one year of recruiting-related experience, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet U.S. employment eligibility and work-authorization requirements.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or related fields.
• Ability to learn and use new systems and technology tools.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or similar HR tech.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting contexts.
• Knowledge of appropriate uses of AI in recruiting and privacy considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information and background results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiter and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and social channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Assist with offers and candidate experience, and maintain recruiting records.
• Assist with background checks, license verifications, and screening processes.
• Utilize Rippling ATS and improve recruiting workflows through automation.
• Ensure data quality and support recruiting dashboards and metrics.
• Apply AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while preserving human oversight.
