Job summary

Pure Infusion in Utah seeks an Associate Recruiter to support talent acquisition by identifying, engaging, screening, and helping hire candidates who fit our values. You will work closely with the Recruiter, handling sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and candidate communications.

The role emphasizes recruiting technology; you’ll use Rippling ATS and AI tools, manage records in the ATS, and help build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and use new business systems and tools.
• Experience with AI tools in recruitment or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiter and hiring managers through recruiting and selection processes.
• Source qualified candidates via boards, networks, referrals, outreach and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Assist with offers and pre-employment screening.
• Maintain recruiting records in the ATS and build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure FCRA compliance.
• Escalate license discrepancies and potential exclusions as directed.
• Utilize AI thoughtfully with human oversight and privacy controls.
