Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Experience working with CRM systems, quoting tools, or business software is a plus.
• Exposure to technology, IT services, or consulting environments is helpful but not required.
• We value aptitude, attitude, and coachability as much as prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and pricing requests.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to confirm availability and configurations.
• Ensure quotes are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs.
• Assist in moving opportunities forward through consistent follow-up.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for order and quote-related questions.
• Provide proactive updates on order status and timelines.
• Build professional relationships with clients and vendor partners.
• Track opportunities, orders, and customer data within CRM and quoting tools.
• Maintain clean and accurate records to support forecasting and reporting.
• Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
