Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives in a full-time program that starts with free training and a 90-day paid Residency embedded at a partner company. After successful completion, residents transfer to the partner's payroll with high earning potential and full benefits.

The program includes weekly cohorts, limited to 25 Residents, and ongoing coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during the 100-day program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Available for evening training sessions during the first 2 weeks.
• Located in or able to reliably commute to the partner site (Residency is hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Prospect outbound via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Engage daily with coaches from SV Academy and partner company.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, trainee-focused environment.
• Transition to partner payroll with full benefits after 100 days.
