• 1+ year of sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified first meetings for Outside Account Executives through high-volume outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and identify needs, triggers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define target lists, ICPs, and messaging; review pipeline and meeting quality regularly.
• Qualify prospects against criteria (need, timing, budget, decision process) before scheduling meetings and brief EAs with notes.
