Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives in Chicago for a full-time role with free training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales career across 400+ partner companies.

Days 1–10 you receive live training; Days 11–100 you work at a partner company as a W-2 employee with base pay plus commissions; Day 100 onward you transfer to the partner payroll with full benefits.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Completed bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.
• Perform outbound prospecting during residency.
