Job summary

SV Academy in San Francisco is seeking a Business Development Representative through a Western Governors University partnership. This full-time position includes a two-week bootcamp, a 3-month paid residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales role across 400+ partner firms.

During residency you’ll learn outbound prospecting, email and LinkedIn outreach, and qualification. After Day 100 you transfer to the partner payroll with full benefits and a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Use email, phone, and LinkedIn to outreach and engage prospects.
• Collaborate with partner teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
