SV Academy, in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, offers a Business Development Representative role with a 2-week bootcamp, followed by a paid residency at a partner company and a path to long-term sales roles. Residents join a 90-day paid residency and then transfer onto partner payroll with full benefits.

Cohorts start weekly and are limited to 25 participants. Compensation includes free training initially, then a $2,500/month base plus commissions during residency, and
