The position manages sales/customer workflows, analyzes pipeline data, resolves issues, and coordinates across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to prioritize work and resolve non-routine issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for pipeline data.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize proposals, renewals, and revenue workflows based on impact.
• Analyze CRM, pipeline, pricing, and operations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate quote-to-cash and customer-lifecycle activities across departments.
• Identify and implement improvements to CRM, reporting, and processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and revenue information for reporting.
