Acture Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Business Development team in Milford, CT. This salaried, exempt role blends sales ownership with analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue.

You will own essential workflows, analyze the pipeline and pricing data, and coordinate quote-to-cash activities across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, and Professional Services. Travel up to 10% for client visits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and manage proposals, renewals, and revenue workflows.
• Analyze CRM, pipeline, pricing, renewal data.
• Coordinate quote-to-cash and customer-lifecycle activities across teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop outbound prospecting to generate new business.
• Maintain high-quality CRM, pipeline, and revenue data; support reporting.
