Job summary

IdeaTek is seeking a Business Sales Coordinator to support the sales manager and team by driving operational efficiency across the sales process. You will help keep reporting accurate, CRM data clean, and proposals moving smoothly, serving as a bridge between sales, customer success, and other internal teams.

You’ll balance reporting, deal support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to help the team focus on building relationships and growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or administrative support within a B2B environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools (e.g., Excel or Sheets).
• Experience with electronic signature tools such as DocuSign or similar.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly and monthly sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for sales leadership.
• Draft proposals and service agreements; support E-Rate bids as needed.
• Coordinate service agreements through internal review and legal modification processes.
• Monitor CRM workflows, deal stages, and data-entry standards to improve pipeline accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain clean, accurate customer and account records within the CRM.
• Submit completed sales orders and ensure pipeline information remains current.
