Job summary

The position collaborates with management, engineering, and purchasing to ensure pricing, prints, and BOMs reflect current designs and quotations, while facilitating internal and external communications and ensuring timely updates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, math or engineering is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred, especially in sales or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong team development and leadership skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team’s progress and identify defects with recommendations for improvements.
• Manage scheduling and filing of important documents; communicate within the sales team.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries regarding product or service.
• Provide accurate bill of material structures for ORs to reflect final product design.
