LegalMatch in Reno, NV is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our in-office team. You'll call law firms, guide them through a consultative, results-based sales process, and build your pipeline toward uncapped earning potential.

First-year reps typically earn $65,000–$85,000, with six-figure pay for top closers as you ramp, train, and exceed monthly revenue targets. This role is fully on-site in our Reno office.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales with a measurable track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent phone presence and persuasion on calls.
• Experience managing a pipeline and following up to close.
• Familiarity with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Self-motivated and resilient, thrive with coaching.

Responsabilités

• Make 125-200 outbound calls per day to law firms from our database.
• Qualify prospects, identify client acquisition needs, and recommend LegalMatch solutions.
• Deliver confident, consultative conversations and handle objections.
• Own your pipeline — follow up and move deals from first contact to close.
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets with clear bonus tied to performance.
• Maintain clean records in our CRM and collaborate with leadership and training teams.
