TD SYNNEX is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Discovery Representative program in the United States. The role offers a hands-on training trajectory with rotational assignments across the business over 3 to 9 months, evaluated on performance and engagement.

The position is hybrid (3+ days on-site) with occasional non-standard hours. Starting pay averages about $23.00 per hour, with compensation variable by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Education: A completed bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
• Execute sales activities in alignment with KPIs and metrics.
• Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
• Document all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps and government customers.
• Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
• Position products and service programs to customer needs.
• Attend TD SYNNEX training initiatives and events.
• Other duties as assigned
