Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Business Development Representative to start or advance a technology sales career. This on-site role is based in Lehi, UT or St. George, UT, with a strong internal promotion culture and a training path toward Account Executive and other sales roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to travel 2–3 times per quarter for trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to complete a 30–60–90 day training.
• Develop product and industry knowledge through training.
• Qualify leads and set demos for Account Executives.
• Prospect target accounts and enter leads into outbound workflow.
• Make daily outbound calls and emails to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
• Use LinkedIn and other networks for outreach and branding.
• Achieve monthly demo quotas and drive activity.
