This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000+ annually and no earning ceiling. The team emphasizes growth from within and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently.
• Team-oriented with ownership of work performed.
• Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert during customer interactions.
• Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
• Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
• Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
• Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
• Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
• Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
