Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Infrastructure Platforms to identify and mitigate technology risks and drive operational excellence in risk management across the Digital Workflows product line.

You will provide subject matter expertise, guide process owners, and ensure controls operate effectively in line with regulatory, legal, and industry standards, partnering with stakeholders to report a comprehensive view of technology risk posture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or information security.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Proven data security, risk assessment, and governance expertise.
• Ability to translate risk insights into business strategy for senior executives.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk workflows with validation.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting with proper data handling.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing and issue/action-plan management with human review.
