JPMorganChase is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Employee Platforms and Data Platforms and AI to identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks. You will guide technology risk programs, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure controls operate effectively across teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Auditors, and Regulators, driving innovative risk solutions and leading a diverse team in a fast-changing risk landscape.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Experience with AI-assisted risk and controls workflows.
Familiarity with risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

Identify, quantify, communicate and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
Build trusted partnerships with technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
Govern controls, policies, issue management and risk measurements for leadership.
Monitor control effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans.
