Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within the Chief Technology Office to identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring controls operate effectively and comply with regulatory standards.

You will guide process owners and partner with product, governance, and regulators to report on risk posture globally. Role includes developing end-user materials, managing support intake, and driving improvements across governance frameworks while leveraging enterprise AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk/workflows with validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review AI-assisted risk summaries and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Experience in client-facing support, user enablement, or service delivery for large user populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct user support at scale for Citizen Development framework and Central Inventory system usage; ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Own user-facing operational processes and ensure controls, documentation, and auditability in day-to-day ops.
• Create self-service materials to develop training, FAQs, and guidance to reduce repeat questions and improve adoption.
• Drive change communications translating policy/updates into clear, actionable guidance for users.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, governance, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
• Monitor support trends and propose fixes via process changes, guidance, UI/workflow improvements, or training.
• Maintain knowledge management and keep Confluence pages current.
• Demonstrate risk and issue management with clear status updates to leadership.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches with human review to align to auditability and regulatory expectations.
