You will partner with product owners, control teams, and regulators to strengthen risk posture and drive assurance through AI-enabled risk insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology risk management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AI risk governance and data security.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in finance (FFIEC, GLBA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing and action-plan management with auditability in mind.
• Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture.
