Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, with emphasis on regulatory compliance.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk/workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted risk summaries and ensure auditability and security alignment.
• Experience in client-facing support or service delivery handling a large user base.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating governance changes into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end user support at scale for Citizen Development control framework and Central Inventory system usage; ensure timely, accurate responses across a global user base.
• Own user-facing operational processes to manage notifications, guidance, and support with embedded controls and documentation.
• Create self-service materials to train users and reduce recurring questions.
• Drive change communications translating policy updates into clear user actions with timelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and governance leads to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows and UX.
• Monitor support trends using metrics to propose fixes like process changes or training.
• Maintain knowledge repositories (Confluence, FAQs, release notes) and keep documentation current.
• Demonstrate risk and issue management with clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting, with proper data handling.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches with human review for regulatory compliance.
