You will lead risk management programs across infrastructure platforms and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, regulators, and auditors to ensure robust risk governance. You will guide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, drive strategic initiatives, and translate complex technology insights into business outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management or related field.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements relevant to financial industry.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage cross‑functional projects, influence executive‑level decisions, translate technology insights to business strategy.
• Advanced knowledge in data security, risk assessment, reporting and governance.
• Outcome‑driven and structured approach; clear priorities, cadence, and measurable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology risk management strategies, policies, and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and drive strategic projects and initiatives to enhance the firm's technology risk management capabilities.
• Identify and escalate emerging upstream technology risk through the Firm’s management framework tools, including risk event management, reporting, and action plan tracking, and provide expert counsel to stakeholders regarding their security obligations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external regulators, auditors, and cross‑functional team leads to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Manage reporting and governance of overall controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, informing senior leaders on effectiveness of controls and governance work.
