Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead within Employee Platforms / Workforce and Experience Technology to identify and mitigate technology risk, ensure controls operate effectively, and align with regulatory and industry standards.

You will partner with Product Owners, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide expertise, drive governance reporting, and lead a diverse team through evolving risk landscapes, leveraging data security and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
• Familiar with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in data security, risk reporting, control evaluation and governance.
• Ability to influence executive decisions and translate technology insights into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate and manage technology risk focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships, becoming a trusted partner with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, offering senior management insights into control effectiveness and inform governance work.
• Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
