Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in the Corporate - AI/ML Data Platform function to identify and mitigate technology risk, partner with product owners and regulators, and drive risk-informed decision making across a dynamic environment.

You will oversee risk posture reporting and guide a diverse team. Bring 5+ years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, familiar with frameworks, and industry standards; preferred security credentials; robust communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or cybersecurity with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Familiar with risk management frameworks and financial industry regulations.
• Proven ability to translate technology insights into strategic decisions for executives.
• Ability to review AI-assisted risk summaries and ensure auditability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Develop relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issues, measurements; provide senior management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, recommend enhancements.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive-ready reporting; handle data securely.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline testing and action-plan management with human review.
