Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to mitigate technology risks and strengthen operational governance. You will guide Enterprise risk programs, ensure AI-assisted controls are validated, and deliver executive-level insights across global teams.

In this role, you will own the risk control framework, collaborate with Product Owners and Regulators, and drive reporting enhancements to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or cybersecurity with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk and controls workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-generated risk summaries and ensure auditability and security compliance.
• Proven experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting from large datasets.
• Strong PM and time management, able to work independently in a global context.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, tailored for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage risks and issues with root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with governance leads, technology teams, and compliance SMEs for collaboration.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to provide insights on control effectiveness and governance.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to risk posture and customer impact.
• Translate business outcomes into clear requirements and manage related data onboarding and reporting changes.
• Oversee project pipeline for Citizen Developer Controls governance metrics and reporting.
