Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in the Corporate - AI/ML Data Platform technology function. You will lead identifying and mitigating tech risks, ensuring controls operate effectively and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk workflows.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge in data security, risk assessment and reporting, control governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level strategic decisions.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted risk summaries and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; focus on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develop relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee reporting and governance of controls, policies, issues, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and draft executive-ready reports.
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable control testing and action plan management with auditability.
