Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Corporate Sector/ CTO Operations Execution & Governance to identify and mitigate technology risks, design robust controls, and partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to deliver a comprehensive risk view.

You will drive governance initiatives and guide end‑to‑end risk programs across a global technology landscape. The role emphasizes data risk, AI-enabled reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted risk summaries and recommendations before use.
• Experience planning and supporting system migrations and end-to-end SDLC from a business/operational perspective.
• Ability to partner with Engineering teams to translate needs into clear requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Manage book of work aligned with Citizen Development governance strategy and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery by managing scope, costs, timelines, and resources; mitigate risks and escalate promptly.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions with clear agendas, decisions, and documented outcomes.
• Use data to drive decisions and monitor progress, identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Stay current on regulatory and industry expectations to ensure programs remain aligned with standards.
• Build strong relationships with global counterparts and stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Support senior leadership with clear, audience-appropriate updates and regulatory responses.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
• Develop relationships with technologists, assessments teams, and data officers for collaboration.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted control testing with human review for auditability.
