This Assistant Store Manager role oversees service operations, drives performance in a high-volume environment, and leads a team toward exceptional customer experiences.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, P&L awareness, and ensuring associates maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience in driving sales, merchandising, operations, and customer service.
• Experience in human resources functions and coaching qualified employees.
• Ability to execute corporate initiatives and analyze competition.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly operation and safety of all areas of responsibility; ensure service policies and procedures are followed at store level.
• Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll and expense goals for the service repair shop.
• Manage departmental budget (Service Department P&L) and fiscal controls.
• Lead service department to resolve customer and/or computer issues promptly and per policy.
• Provide timely, courteous service to customers and foster satisfaction standards.
• Develop and coach associates in customer satisfaction, product knowledge, solution selling and SOPs.
• Support HR processes with Regional HR Manager and Store Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
