Job summary

Micro Center is the nation’s leading computer and electronic device big box retailer. We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to lead the sales floor, oversee ad sets and merchandising, and coach associates to meet customer service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in retail sales with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years in retail sales with leadership responsibilities; targets and merchandising standards.
• Ability to communicate professionally and relate to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present credible product solutions; meet customer satisfaction standards.
• Oversee ad set execution and visual merchandising standards in the department.
• Supervise freight flow and merchandise processing; perform regular cycle counts and inventory control.
• Participate in staffing, training and scheduling to ensure competent associates.
