Job summary

Micro Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Computer Services in Saint Davids, PA to lead the service team in a high-volume electronics environment, ensure policy compliance and deliver outstanding customer support.

The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining certifications, managing the service P&L, and aligning operations with store goals while ensuring employees and customers receive a first-rate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment (30,000+ sq. ft.).
• Proven experience in retail management, including sales, operations, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain a strong team.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to execute corporate strategies and analyze market competition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly operation and safety of all areas; ensure service policies and procedures are followed at store level.
• Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll and expense goals of the service department.
• Manage the Service Department P&L and budget.
