Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven experience in retail management, sales, operations, and customer service.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a strong team.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze market competition.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain safety and efficiency.
• Lead inventory management, counts, freight flow, and asset tracking.
• Coach supervisors and associates to meet performance goals.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in absence of General Manager.
• Drive promotions and visual merchandising standards.
• Address employee relations and coordinate with HR.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Support a positive workplace culture and operational excellence.
