Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to lead a dynamic sales team and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced electronics department.

You will oversee ad sets, visual merchandising, freight flow, cycle counts, and coaching of associates. This role requires two+ years in retail leadership and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; shifts include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Able to communicate professionally and multi-task with customers.
• Ability to generate sales and execute corporate initiatives.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Shifts include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Through sales floor leadership, ensure associates greet customers and present credible product solutions.
• Oversee ad set execution and visual merchandising standards in the department.
• Supervise freight flow and merchandise processing, including regular cycle counts.
• Participate in staffing, training and scheduling to hire competent associates.
• Provide coaching to ensure sales presentation and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Lead open and close procedures and act as manager-in-charge during absences.
• Support store operations with loss prevention awareness and inventory readiness.
• Collaborate with Regional HR on human resource issues per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
