Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a retail sales environment in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Able to communicate professionally and relate to people with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates achieve customer satisfaction standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards execution.
• Supervise freight flow and merchandise processing.
• Participate in staffing, training, and scheduling activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Serve as floor leader during absence of store managers.
