Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a large-volume retail environment.
• Experience managing store operations, merchandising, freight flow and customer service.
• Experience in HR functions: hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly operation and safety of store areas and enforce policies.
• Achieve inventory control, customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll and expense goals.
• Lead front-end operations, address customer issues, and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of supervisors and associates.
• Coach teams on product knowledge, solution selling, and SOPs.
