Job summary

Material is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple requisitions across technical and research disciplines. You will screen, interview, and close candidates while prioritizing culture fit and candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and help shape our employment brand strategy, including social media outreach to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 5-8 year(s) experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Experience recruiting within a creative agency (preferred).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions for technical and research roles.
• Evaluate candidates for core values and culture fit as much as for skills and experience.
• Shape talent strategy by providing input on job descriptions and employment brand.
• Create and maintain social media identities to promote open roles and foster candidate engagement.
