Job summary

SEI seeks a Senior Director to lead Technology Regulatory Compliance across the enterprise. This executive reports to the Global Chief Compliance Officer and oversees technology risk, regulatory engagement, and audits, including FFIEC examinations.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into regulator-ready messaging for senior leaders and boards, guide policy development, and partner with Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to align controls with supervisory priorities.

Qualifications

• Executive with strategic, solution-oriented mindset and high integrity.
• Proven ability to simplify complex regulatory topics for senior leaders and regulators.
• Deep understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, and IT controls.
• Strong working knowledge of FFIEC guidance and global technology regulatory standards.
• Proven experience leading regulatory examinations with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for FFIEC examinations.
• Oversee technology risk assessments and remediation strategies.
• Frame and present SEI’s technology risk and controls in regulator-ready messaging.
• Provide concise executive-level risk reporting to management and boards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure exam-ready policies and controls.
