Job summary

SEI Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead Technology Regulatory Compliance across the enterprise. You will report to the Global Chief Compliance Officer and serve as the accountable executive for technology risk and regulatory engagement, including FFIEC and global IT controls.

The role combines strategic advisory, cross-functional leadership, and regulator-facing communications to shape SEI's technology risk narrative and ensure readiness for examinations and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory examinations with direct accountability.
• Ability to translate complex tech controls into regulator-ready positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with boards and regulators.
• Experience integrating AI in compliance and risk operations.
• Strategic advisory skills across Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for FFIEC examinations.
• Oversee technology risk assessments and remediation strategies.
• Frame technology risk and controls to regulator priorities.
• Provide regulator-ready messaging and evidence to regulators.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure exam-ready outcomes.
• Deliver executive-level risk reporting to management and boards.
