Job summary

SEI seeks a Senior Director to lead Technology Regulatory Compliance across the enterprise. This role reports to the Global Chief Compliance Officer and serves as the accountable executive for technology risk and compliance matters, including regulator engagement such as FFIEC, with global oversight of IT risk and technology audits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory examinations.
• Strong executive presence to simplify complex topics for leaders and regulators.
• Deep knowledge of FFIEC and global technology regulatory standards.
• Ability to translate technical environments into regulator-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for FFIEC examinations.
• Lead end-to-end exam management, including scoping and issue resolution.
• Frame technology risk and controls for regulator focus and maturity.
• Provide regulator-ready messaging to SEI leadership and boards.
• Partner across Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance on governance.
