Atrium, a leader in Extended Workforce Management, is seeking a Technology Recruiter in Holmdel, NJ. You will manage end-to-end recruiting for technology roles, sourcing and screening candidates and presenting qualified talent to clients.

In a high-growth environment, you will build pipelines, negotiate salaries, and partner with account managers to capture client needs. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B staffing, recruiting, or sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technology roles.
• Source active and passive candidates and build a strong pipeline.
• Negotiate salary and pay rates with candidates and clients.
• Partner with Account Managers to capture detailed job orders and client needs.
