Atrium in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a high-performing Science Recruiter to manage a full 360 desk, covering recruiting, account management, and new business development. This role sits in a growing Science division with strong client base and substantial upside for top performers.

This production-focused, quota-carrying role emphasizes business development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience.
• Recent graduates or entry-level professionals with a science background preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building mindset with the ability to develop business, engage talent, and build credibility with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable professional who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience developing solutions, proposals, and strategies to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-perm Science positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral‑based interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive Science talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms.
• Grow and manage a target list of prospects through outbound sales efforts, referrals, cross selling, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop strong client relationships through onsite visits, client meetings, and approved business development activities.
• Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct post interview debriefs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, notes, and summaries.
• Stay current on Science industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitive market conditions.
